The house has 4 double bedrooms including a master bedroom with ensuite plus a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. It can accommodate groups; families with kids or couples with a maximum of 7 people. The choice is yours. Each rooms has a view onto the surrounding hills. The kitchen; dining and living are open plan with a great indoor outdoor flow. Open the french doors to access the deck and the front lawn. There kids will find a tree house/platform and a swing for their entertainment . There is also plenty of space to run around as the property is on a 3.5h of land.
The property is ideally situated with access to many activities to keep family of all ages entertained. They include 3 minutes drive to Fairview Estate golf course and 7 minutes drive to Sapphire Springs hot pools. You can also access short or long walks in either he Kaimai ranges at the end of the road or visit the Aongatete Forest Project - 14mins drive. A regenerating native forest. Check their website.
Other activities such as bird garden (6mins drive) and Te Puna Quarry (21 mins) are also within easy reach.
If you prefer the beach, it is around 20 mins drive to Waihi beach or around 40mins drive to the Mount Maunganui.
